Although it is in the city center mall, it is not easy to find. We wandered around in the mall for a long time, and finally saw it just outside the security checkpoint before leaving.
The venue is not too big, things are neatly arranged, and the tea selection is quite complete. I asked the staff for a shopping basket to hold the items I wanted to buy, and they gave me a jute bag. When I finally checked out, they took the jute bag and put my purchases in it for me. I thought it was a gift shopping bag from them. Later, when I checked the purchase receipt, I found out that I had been charged an additional 99 rupees for the shopping bag. Although the bag itself is not expensive, it doesn't feel right that customers are not informed of the charges at checkout. (Because we brought our own reusable shopping bags, we didn’t need to buy another one)
It is recommended that when checking out in the future, you need to inform in advance that shopping bags are subject to additional charges, and it is up to the customer to decide whether they need to purchase them or not.
