Give your Meethe Chawal a heathy twist With Organic India Jaggery Red Rice. Super easy to make, this Diwali, bring home purity and relish the deliciousness of Meethe Chawal. 

Steps to make:
Ingredients:
1 cup red rice
Water (for cooking rice)
Coconut oil
Fresh coconut slices
Chopped almonds and cashews
1 cup jaggery powder
3/4 cup water
Cardamom powder
Nutmeg powder
Cinnamon powder

Instructions:
Soak the red rice.
Cook the soaked rice in a pressure cooker with water for 5 whistles or until done.
Heat coconut oil in a pan, roast coconut slices, almonds, and cashews until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, dissolve jaggery powder in 3/4 cup water; cook until it forms a syrup but is not too thick.
Mix the cooked rice into the jaggery syrup, ensuring it's well coated.
Sprinkle in cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon powder; mix well.
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes to meld the flavors.
Serve garnished with the roasted nuts. Enjoy warm!
