Go beyond boondi ke laddoo this Diwali with healthy and delicious Organic India Moong Daal laddoos. All you need is Organic India Moong Daal, Ghee, and Jaggery powder to prepare this delicious sweet. 

Steps to make:
Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal
3-4 tbsp ghee, plus extra for shaping
1 cup jaggery powder
Roasted almonds, chopped
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Pistachios, for garnish
 
Instructions:
Dry roast moong dal on low flame for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Cool the dal and then blend to a fine powder.
In a pan, heat dal flour with ghee on low flame, cook until the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
Turn off the heat, let it cool slightly.
Add jaggery powder, roasted chopped almonds, and cardamom powder to the dal mixture; combine well.
Apply ghee to your hands, take small portions of the mixture, and shape into laddoos.
Garnish with pistachios.
Serve the laddoos once they are set.
